Dear Roni & Lee, Thank you for your work and dedication in selling my mothers home in Mar Vista. When it became time to move my Mother to Orange County, I knew that is was imperative for me to find a realtor who had a depth of experience and would be "hands on" with the listing because I live 45 miles away. To whom this may concern: The choice of a listing agent is important, particularly for a first time seller. There are a thousand choices to make, therefore a thousand possible ways to make mistakes. When I was selling my house I was very picky about finding an agent. I needed someone with a lot of experience, who had a strong marketing strategy, knew the market, knew my neighborhood, knew what improvements would and would not help the house sell, and who could recommend workers and tell me how much was appropriate to pay them. After interviewing several top sellers in my area, I chose Roni because she seemed to have the best and most detailed marketing strategy, seemed to offer the most support and, was not pushy. Roni exceeded my expectations, walking me through every step of the process, and taking the time to hold my hand. Roni was very proactive, even negotiating workers fees for me! If I was overwhelmed and needed something done, I could call Roni and she would contact workers or vendors, or even water the lawn herself.
